Babblebot is operated by Daemon Labs LLC ("we," "us"). By using Babblebot or any service that uses Babblebot, you ("you") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Babblebot is an AI assistant platform for restaurants and physical therapy clinics. It handles calls and messages, provides a staff dashboard, and carries out configured workflows. Our customers are the businesses ("operators"); their customers and patients are end users.

The service supports requests such as restaurant orders, appointment scheduling and changes, and patient intake. It may send SMS or email notifications related to those services with the recipient's consent. Clinical questions should be directed to clinic staff.

We use information only as needed to provide and securely operate these services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, harassment, threats, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass the verbal consent step that gates SMS and email notifications.
• Do not use the service in violation of applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and 10DLC carrier requirements.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Operator obligations

If you are an operator using Babblebot for your business, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you configure (including menus, clinic locations, hours, pricing, schedules, and policies), for the conduct of your staff using the service, and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws and carrier rules that govern your industry.

End-user obligations

If you are an end user contacting a business that uses Babblebot, you agree to provide accurate information when prompted and to respect the operator's stated terms, including pickup times, appointment requirements, and cancellation policies.

Availability and changes

We make a good-faith effort to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability beyond what is signed for in the service agreements.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daemon Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if continued service would expose us to legal or carrier risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
