Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-19
BabbleBot is operated by Daemon Labs LLC ("we," "us"). By using BabbleBot or any service that uses BabbleBot to handle phone calls, you ("you") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
BabbleBot is an AI phone-agent platform that handles incoming phone calls for small businesses. Our customers are the businesses ("operators"); their callers are end users. When a caller dials a number associated with a business that uses BabbleBot, our AI agent answers the call, processes the caller's request (for example, taking a restaurant order), and may send the caller SMS or email notifications related to that interaction with the caller's consent.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, harassment, threats, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass the verbal consent step that gates SMS and email notifications.
- Do not use the service in violation of applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and 10DLC carrier requirements.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Operator obligations
If you are an operator using BabbleBot to take calls for your business, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you configure (menu, hours, pricing, address, etc.), for the conduct of your staff using the dashboard, and for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the laws and carrier rules that govern your industry.
End-user obligations
If you are an end user calling a business that uses BabbleBot, you agree to provide accurate information when prompted, to respect the operator's stated terms (pickup times, cancellation policies, etc.).
Availability and changes
We make a good-faith effort to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability beyond what is signed for in the service agreements.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daemon Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or if continued service would expose us to legal or carrier risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
