Babblebot uses information solely to help clinics and restaurants provide services to their patients and customers. We limit our usage of information to strictly what is necessary to deliver and securely operate those services.
Babblebot is operated by Daemon Labs LLC. This policy describes the information we collect through calls, messages, and staff tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Depending on the services used, we may collect:
- Contact and account information: names, phone numbers, email and mailing addresses, and staff account details.
- Service information: orders, appointments, and relevant patient details, including date of birth, intake, health insurance, and payment information.
- Communications and activity: messages, call recordings and transcripts where applicable, and records of service and account activity.
How we use information
- To handle orders and service requests, manage appointments and intake, verify identity, and coordinate follow-up.
- To send transactional SMS and email notifications related to your order, appointment, or service request (such as confirmations, reminders, changes, or cancellations) with your explicit verbal consent.
- To give the business and its authorized staff access to the records and tools needed to serve you, including its dashboard and configured workflows.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the service secure and reliable.
SMS messages
We do not send marketing messages, do not sell or rent phone numbers, and do not share them with third parties for marketing. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; replying HELP returns a help message. We do not maintain marketing lists. We will only send patients, customers, and tenants messages they have requested in the process of placing orders, receiving clinic services, or managing business operations.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate the service:
- With the clinic or restaurant you interact with and its authorized staff, so they can fulfill your request and contact you if needed.
- With service providers we rely on to deliver the platform (for example, Amazon Web Services for hosting, SMS, and email delivery). These providers may process information on our behalf under contracts that restrict their use of it.
- When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain service-related information for as long as the business you interact with needs it to operate (typically the lifetime of their account). You may request deletion of your information by emailing the address below; we will honor requests within a reasonable period and consistent with our legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption, access controls, and per-tenant isolation.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
